Grove - IR Line Follower Sensor V3.0

The Grove IR Line Follower Sensor v3.0 is a digital infrared sensor designed for detecting lines and edges. It uses a pair of IR LEDs and phototransistors to detect the difference between light and dark surfaces, making it ideal for applications like line-following robots or edge detection tasks.

It outputs a simple digital signal (LOW when a black line is detected, HIGH when white), and supports 3.3V and 5V systems. The sensor connects via the Grove interface and is designed for easy integration with development boards and platforms.

The effective detection range is approximately 0–5 cm, and the module can be mounted easily. An adjustment potentiometer and indicator LED are also featured on the board.

The module comes with a Grove cable, ready to plug into your Grove-compatible microcontroller.
